The Housing Authority of Chelan County & the City of Wenatchee (CCWHA) is accepting proposals with Statements of Qualifications from qualified accounting, auditing or consulting firms to conduct a financial audit of the Agency’s financial management of programs and properties and assist through consulting in making changes to operations. The Housing Authority seeks auditing & consultation from firms that are experienced in the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – both Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher Rental Assistance, US Department of Agriculture – Rural Development (USDA-RD) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) financial management operations. The selected firm will assist the agency in fulfilling its mission to provide safe, decent and affordable housing while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Housing Authority reserves the right to select more than one firm or individual consultant.  Proposals must be received via mail or email no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026 to:
