"It is the mission of the Housing Authority to assist in providing affordable housing to household that are 80% or below the area's median income, as established by United States Department of Housing & Urban Development.  The Housing Authority also supports efforts to encourage short-term housing assistance, when appropriate."

Board of Commissioners - Meeting Schedule

The Housing Authority of Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee's Board of Commissioners meetings are open to the public and are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 8:30 AM at 1120 9th Street in Wenatchee in the Community Room. Meeting agendas are posted in the News section of this website. Meetings are rescheduled due to holidays.
